The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned associates in the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives. The Warehouse Lead for Café Valley will work with Warehouse Manager to determine needs for the department and resolve discrepancies/issues. The Warehouse Lead will also manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor as necessary.

The Warehouse Supervisor position is a continental schedule.
Qualifications required:HS Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred
3+ years supervisory or Warehouse experience or a minimum 5 years of Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience.
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass and receive Forklift License with Café Valley.
Adequate computer/data entry knowledge
Qualifications desired:- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Implementing, teaching and training inventory process
- Working knowledge of GMP’s
Physical demands and work environment: Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to climb, balance, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, use hands to finger, grasp, or feel objects, talk or communicate, hear, visually inspect areas to be cleaned, and repetitive motions substantial movements (motions) of the wrist, hands and/or fingers.
Work environment: Medium work exerting up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
