Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and elevate our recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and support the organization’s growth. This role manages the full-cycle hiring process at the highest level while individually responsible for talent acquisition for exempt and high-skilled positions.
Talent & Workforce Management
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and elevate our recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and support the organization’s growth. This role manages the full-cycle hiring process at the highest level while individually responsible for talent acquisition for exempt and high-skilled positions.
Talent & Workforce Management
- Lead workforce planning and staffing strategy to ensure operations are staffed to targeted headcount.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and future roles.
- Support plant HR team high volume recruiting by developing targeted recruitment strategies and systems that drive to attract the highest caliber candidates.
- Manage agency partnerships and external recruiting resources.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Own and optimize the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing through onboarding)
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding—make hiring at Cafe Valley engaging and memorable. Our products are FUN and our candidate experience should be too!
- Develop and maintain consistent, high-quality job descriptions, interview questions, and other forms/templates.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies
- Manage and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Leverage technology to enhance the talent acquisition experience and drive results.
- Develop recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience on an enterprise basis.

- 5+ Years of progressive HR experience with strong experience in exempt and skilled recruiting in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work with or around bakery allergens of all types.
