This requires production clerks to estimate the amount of time it takes for the production team to finish projects and coordinate workers' schedules and locations, also responsible for call offs and attendance.

This is for 1st or 3rd shift and rate starting at $17.00- $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Consistent and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as business needs demand.
- Ability to work with or around food allergens of all types.
- Must be able to work within a team environment, treat all with respect – no fighting.
- Must be able to wear/utilize personal protective equipment.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to input data into an Excel spreadsheet.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders and traverse walkways.
- Ability to work in confined spaces. (Spiral, oven area, etc)
- Must be detail oriented.
- Listen to call offs, take attendance and record in ADP.
- Decide where to send overstaff to best achieve production goals and/or assist in determining where to send team members when departments are experiencing short staff.
- Assist Supervisors and team members with vacation and personal time
- Prepare and distribute attendance disciplinaries to management team
- Assist with company activities ex: Holiday dinners, contests etc
- Assist with orientation as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with scheduling multiple departments, attendance, and human relations.
- Ability to read and write.
- Office, Outlook and Excel experience.
- Basic Math skills: addition, subtraction, and division
- Ability to multi-task and handle constant interruptions.
- Ability to work well on one’s own and solve scheduling problems.
- Ability to use discretion and professionalism regarding points and information of confidential nature.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision must be a self-starter.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle constant interruptions.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
