The Human Resources Supervisor will supervise HR Production Attendance and Scheduling Coordinators, serve as a subject matter expert in ADP, coordinate benefit enrollments and be responsible for other HR generalist tasks within the department. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision and direction to HR Production Attendance and Scheduling Coordinators.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as business needs demand.
  • Ability to work around food allergens of all types.
  • Process weekly payroll adjustments
  • Provide payroll processing backup support, if needed.
  • Responsible for the data integrity of the HRIS system (ADP).
  • Conducts regular employee file audits.
  • Responsible for various weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Partners with management to communicate human resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.
  • Responsible for the coordination of yearly benefit open enrollment,to include enrollment meetings and coordination of enrollment with hourly employees.
  • Assist with team member program including quarterly appreciation days, hiring events, spot recognitions etc. 
  • Investigate employee disputes, complaints and policy violations as needed.


Skills & Qualifications

Required:
  • An Associate Degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 years progressive experience in a human resources
  • Direct experience in various aspects of human resources including benefit administration, HRIS systems, employee relations, payroll and employment law.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Ability to support 3 shifts and ability to flex schedule for business needs as needed.
  • Experience with HRIS; ADP preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with all employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-Look ups) and reporting.
Desired:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Prior leadership experience
  • HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI)
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
