Who You Are
You are a service focused team member who plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by managing orders from entry to fulfillment and addressing inquiries with professionalism. As the primary contact for customer order interactions, you are responsible for accurate order processing, timely communication, and problem resolution. As an essential team member, you maintain strong customer relationships and support our commitment to delivering quality products on time. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Where You Will Work
This is an onsite role based out of our Plant in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do
  • Order Entry and Management
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system (Syspro)
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements
  • Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process and provide updates to customers as needed
  • Customer Complaint and Problem Resolution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and product quality concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and prevent recurring issues
  • Order Management
  • Manage EDI transactions through systems such as SPS Commerce
  • Ensure timely processing of order confirmations, acknowledgments, and Bill of Lading (BOL) documents
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order modifications, and complaint resolutions
  • Communication and Documentation
  • Transpose verbal customer requests into accurate written documentation
  • Communicate order details and updates to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Manage filing and document organization to ensure order information is easily accessible and audit-ready
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as order accuracy rates, response times, and customer satisfaction levels
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Skills & Qualifications

What You Need to Be Successful
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in business or customer service, preferred
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Syspro preferred) and EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify, analyze, and implement solutionsStrong organizational skillsBasic Microsoft Excel skills
