Who You AreThe Accounts Receivable Deductions Specialist supports Café Valley by researching and analyzing customer discrepancies. ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

What You Need to Be Successful
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Excellent data entry skills and ability to navigate multiple online portals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency when meeting deadlines
